My name is Loran Robertson and I am currently 21 years old. I am currently a makeup artist based out of Livonia, Michigan.

 

I love the creative aspect of applying makeup because the same technique can be used on different people and create a unique style for each individual’s event they are attending.

 

I discovered makeup at my friend’s house 8 years ago when we got into her mom’s makeup. My love of makeup started to grow at our makeup parties when I learned about different techniques.

 

I started doing looks on friends and family for special events and dances three years ago because they consistently loved my makeup looks.

 

Since then I have continued to practice and improve in many different styles of makeup including: Dance, Photoshoot, Weddings, Special Occasions, and SFX.

I am a licensed cosmetologist who graduated from David Pressley School of Cosmetology. I plan on continuing to grow and learn by following up my training with courses on special effects make up.

 

I want every client of mine to love their makeup look when I am finished. 

 

My dream is to be the Lead Special Effects Artist for a Major Hollywood Blockbuster.
